THE COZY PINE SHAWL
(easy knit chunky shawl pattern)

The Cozy Pine Shawl is a beautiful chunky and cozy triangle shawl wrap. This shawl is started at the top center, and then knit with even increases throughout in order to create its triangle shape.

MEASUREMENTS:
The dimensions of the finished shawl will measure approximately 66 inches wide at the top (wingspan), and about 24 inches high from center top to bottom point. The size is easily adjustable.

REQUIRED YARN: any bulky #5
400 grams of bulky #5 yarn.
610 - 620 yards of bulky #5 yarn.
You can use ANY bulky weight #5 yarn with this pattern.
The exact yarn that I used to design and make this shawl in the pictures not all shades are available in this yarn and it has unfortunately been discontinued, however you can use any Bulky weight #5 yarn to knit this shawl and it works out beautifully. I provide detailed information about yarn and quantities in the pattern.

Required tools/needles:
You will need US Size 19 / 15mm circular needles with a 47 or 60 inch cord.
A sewing/darning/tapestry needle large enough for the yarn to sew in the ends

I have designed/written this knitting pattern to be very easy to follow. I have included plenty of detail and explanation. I always write my patterns so they are easily understood for even a beginner, and still enjoyable for an experienced maker.
