The Moody Blue Knit hat

A beautiful textured hand-knitted hat. This is definitely a pattern to make again and again with different colors and yarns!
Perfect for both beginners and experienced knitters. This hat is easy to make. I have designed this texture to be made using simple stitches that create a beautiful interesting texture. The texture sections change as you go around the hat.

Knits, purls, and increases.

Required yarn:
Bulky #5 weight
Yardage: This project will require you to have 135 yards / 100 grams of yarn.
You can use any light Bulky #5 weight yarn with this pattern.
Suggestion: Knit Picks - Swish Bulky Yarn

Required tools/needles:
4mm / 16 inch US 6
6mm / 16 inch US 10
A sewing/darning/tapestry needle large enough for the yarn to sew in the ends.

This fashionable hat is so comfortable, stylish and so cute! It is a 22-24 inch hat size, and fits most teens and adults.
