This beanie is a good project if you are interested in trying to work with more than one color.

While this beanie was designed for a little girl, using pink yarn. Swap out pink for blue to make this same design work for a boy.

This beanie is about 16.5” around when finished and can easily stretch to 20-21” making it perfect for a growing child ages of 5-12.

To make this beanie you will need half a skein of Malabrigo Chunky in 2 separate colors.

You will also need size US 10 circular knitting needles, 1 unique stitch marker and 9 matching stitch markers.
