This sweet little lamb makes a lovely way to gift a Cadbury’s Creme Egg. There is no gauge on the pattern as it is a small toy item but if you are a very tight crochet worker you may need a bigger hook.

The pattern is great for using up odd scraps of DK yarn; I have used white and grey but there’s no reason you couldn’t make your lambs more colourful if you chose.

You will need:
White double knitting yarn
Grey double knitting yarn
Black embroidery thread or 4ply for the face
3.5mm hook (I know it’s smaller than normal, but it needs to be tighter stiches)
Stitch Marker
Cadburys Creme Egg or other similar sized chocolate egg
