It’s summer in San Antonio! Celebrate by knitting a lacy shawl that brings the beauty of colorful flowers and warmth of the sun inside.

This wedge-shaped shawl is 90 inches along the bottom rim and 20 inches down the center back. The size can be modified by changing the yarn weight, fiber blend, needles or blocking technique.

Materials
Yarn: 420 - 460 yds of fingering weight yarn (consider including some fibers with drape, such as bamboo or rayon)
Needles: size 8
Markers: 10 - 30 (I used markers only in the stocking net section; some people prefer using more to mark each lace section)
Blocking mat or towels
Blocking pins or safety pins
Scissors
Yarn needle

Stitches Used
Knit, purl, yarn over, k2tog, k2tog TBL, p2tog, p2tog TBL, sl-k2tog-PSSO, SSK.

Instructions are written, with links to stitch-maps for the 2 lace patterns.

Testing is in progress.
