The Jenni cardigan is a dainty, dreamy, formfitting, super soft and light cardigan which is perfect for all seasons and can elevate every look. This cardigan will make your waist look snatched and accentuate your beautiful curves.

This pattern is named after the strongest woman in the world: my grandma. She is the most resilient, brave and cheery person I know. She can handle anything and I want to embody that when I wear this cardigan.

Right after purchasing, you will receive two downloadable PDFs: the crochet pattern and a lookbook.

• This cardigan is super customizable meaning that you decide if you want both sleeve and body ruffles, if you only want either the sleeve or the body ruffles, or if you don’t want any ruffles. You also have the option of making the cardigan a vest. I also guide you through making the ruffles more or less intense.
• This pattern is beginner-friendly as it is detailed, has photos of each step and a video tutorial on sewing the cardigan.
• This pattern is “made to measure” which means you’ll make it according to your own measurements.
• The cardigan works up pretty quickly. I can finish one in 2-3 days.
• This pattern uses US terminology and the metric system.
• Includes a list of suggested yarn.
• No need for a gauge swatch (use your own gauge).

Materials:
- Lace weight mohair/silk blend yarn (weight 0). I used lace weight mohair/silk blend yarn (78 % mohair and 28 % silk, 25g/210m) from Uldstedet (Danish store) (I used 125 g for my red size S/M one-standed cardigan). You can use any weight you want. Just keep in mind your cardigan will look different from mine (heavier yarn = chunky and large stitches. Light yarn = thin and airy).

• Crochet hook: The largest size of the range listed on your yarn label or 0.5-1 mm larger for a little extra laciness (pick the size based on how lacy stitches you want: bigger hook means lacier stitches and smaller one means less lacy stitches). Mine listed 3-5.5 mm. I used size 6.5 mm for my red cardigan and 6 mm for the grey one and purple one. If you want to make yours double-stranded, you can. Then, use a hook that’s 4-5 mm larger than what your yarn label recommends.
