This game of draughts is perfect as a quirky gift, or to take away on a camping holiday. With a handy tie-chord to fold it up and keep the game pieces together, this is a quick project that does not use a lot of yarn.

Game pieces can be crocheted, or you can use buttons or counters for each player.

Techniques used:
-Tapestry crochet
-Double chain

The pattern is flexible if you wish to use a heavier or lighter yarn. Pattern can be adjusted to your preferred size by ensuring that your foundation chain is a multiple of 8 (+1).

For this pattern, you will need:

• 2 colours of yarn (50g each will be sufficient) -4mm Crochet Hook
• Darning Needle
• Scissors
