About

Cryo Sweater is an oversized knit with a relaxed silhouette and a classic henley button placket. The back flows smoothly into the front, creating a clean, polished shape. The result is a modern yet timeless sweater—easy to wear, with subtle details that make it special.

Cryo Sweater is worked top down. The work begins with a provisional cast-on, after which the fronts are worked separately. The button bands are knitted onto the fronts before the pieces are joined below the placket. The stitches from the provisional cast-on are then picked up and new stitches are cast on for the back neck using a backward loop cast-on. The back is shaped with Japanese short rows (German short rows can be used if preferred). The work is joined under the armholes and the body is worked in the round. Stitches are then picked up along the armhole openings for the sleeves, which are worked in the round. Finally, stitches are picked up for the collar, which is worked back and forth. All ribbing is worked in double half-twisted rib.

Sizes

Measurements

Bust circumference: 110 (116) 122 (127) 135 (143) cm
Length (measured at the center back under the neckline): 55 (57) 58 (60) 62 (64) cm

Size Guide

The sizes 1 (2) 3 (4) 5 (6) are intended to fit a bust circumference of approximately 80–85 (85–90) 90–95 (95–100) 100–110 (110–120) cm.

Cryo Sweater is designed with a positive ease of about 25–30 cm. Measure yourself before you start knitting to determine which size will fit you best.

For example, if your bust circumference is 87 cm, you add 25–30 cm of positive ease = 112–117 cm. In this case, you should choose size 2, which has a bust circumference of 116 cm.

The model is wearing size 3.
