Isua Sweater
About
Isua Sweater is a versatile wardrobe basic. The oversized, boxy fit gives it a relaxed silhouette, complemented by a distinct rib detail at the neckline, wide airy sleeves, and a short rib hem for a clean, contemporary finish.
Isua Sweater is worked from the top down. The shoulders are shaped first using a backward loop cast-on, and the back is then worked flat. Stitches are picked up along the shoulders for the front, which is also worked flat before being joined with the back below the armholes. The body is then worked in the round on circular needles. Stitches are picked up around the armhole openings to work the sleeves in the round. Finally, stitches are picked up for the neckline, which is also worked in the round.

Isua Sweater is designed with about 30 cm of positive ease. Make sure to measure yourself before you start knitting to determine which size will suit you best. The finished measurements are listed on the first page of the pattern.
For example, if your bust measures 87 cm, you add 30 cm of ease: 87 cm + 30 cm = 117 cm. In this case, you should choose size 2, which has a finished bust circumference of 116 cm.
The model is wearing size 3.
