While considering what to name this project, I was inspired by the colors of my yarn, the tea sitting next to me, and the shape of the honeycomb stitch. The Currant Tea Scarf incorporates colorwork and texture techniques that make the craft so captivating, and yet is designed for beginner Tunisian crocheters. Experienced Tunisian crochet artists will also enjoy this project because of how quickly it works up and the satisfaction of bringing two beautiful colors of yarn together. Completed, this scarf would make a great last-minute gift. You will need a skein each of two different colors of DK-weight yarn (245 yds/100 g each) and a 6.5mm Tunisian crochet hook.

Size: Finished size is length 61” (155 cm); width 7.5” (19 cm).
