While discovering and creating items using Tunisian crochet, I came to appreciate the almost architectural aspects of using vertical, horizontal, and diagonal lines in one pattern. This Tunisian crochet pattern produces a cowl that takes advantage of the ability to play with colors while working in the round. The finished cowl measures 55 inches long and 8 inches wide - instructions are included to make it longer or shorter.

This pattern works well with three different colors of DK weight yarn - one 100g skein each. In the Foundation Row you will need to use a hook with a long cable for the chain, forward, and return pass. For the rest of the project, you will need to use either a double-ended hook or two hooks of the same size joined by a cable. You will need one stitch marker.
