Tentaçao – „Temptation“ is the name of this unusual yarn by the Portuguese manufacturer Rosarios 4.
This pure wool yarn from the ecofriendly collection of the brand immediately piqued my interest and made me want to knit a cosy cushion for our new sofa. The thread of this wick yarn varies from thick and fluffy to thin. The blue one named Tentaçao Tweed basically called out to me: Knit me! So here we are with a cushion cover that looks intricate thanks to the Herringbone Stitch, but is very easy and quick to make with thick needles.

Mich hat diese reine Wolle aus der nachhaltigen Linie der Firma sofort angesprochen und zu einem Kissen für unser neues Sofa verlockt. Der Faden des Dochtgarns wird mal dick und flauschig, dann wieder dünn. Die blaue der 11 gemusterten Qualitäten unter dem Namen Tentacao Tweed rief quasi laut: Strick mich! Gesagt, getan, eine Kissenhülle im raffiniert aussehenden, aber leicht zu arbeitenden Fischgrät-Muster war schnell mit dicken Nadeln gearbeitet.
