Daisy Bread Tie
Just spent 3 days making homemade Sourdough?
Top it off with this gorgeous little touch of extra special whimsy with this Daisy Bread Tie!
I’m always looking to make things a little more special and I really think this is it. It’s fast, it’s cute, and it’s the icing on the “Imade this from scratch” cake!
This is worked in the round using double strand worsted yarn and an H(5mm) hook. Yarns like Red Heart Super Saver work best for their stiff structure. You will need about 25 yards total. It is rated confident beginner with some experience in amigurumi because the stitches are tight in nature.
We work in the round, chain, dc, sc, slst, sc increase, and work in the bb (back bump) of the chain. You will need stitch markers too.
The bread tie will hold your bread closed on it’s own, but if you plan to gift this for travel, a twist tie first will really seal the deal.
The pattern is written in standard crochet US terminology. It is 4 pages long with the 1st being cover page. There is a plain background for easy printing should you wish. It uses a standard 12pt font and is available in English only. There are no videos for the pattern and there are 6 photos included, but it is not a photo tutorial.
