The Dandelion skirt is an A-line skirt knit from the top down. The waistband creates a casing for a 2 cm-wide elastic band for easy wearing. The skirt itself features a stitch pattern called “dandelion pattern” in Danish, as it resembles dandelion seeds – in English the name of the stitch pattern is Ornamental Stitches. The stitch pattern incorporates the increases for the skirt, so these are hidden in the pattern itself.
