Datters Headband

Datter is Norwegian for daughter. I designed this headband for my daughter at college who needs to get up and go fast and still look beautiful! This is a thick lattice cable knit headband. This is a great project to use yarn from your stash. It would look good in speckled, semi-solid, and solid yarn. Make as a gift and then make one for yourself.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
30 inches total length.
I-cord is 7 inches on each side and the body is 16 inches.
For the body I measured from the bottom of the back of one ear across the top of the head to the bottom of the other ear. The body should be shortened or lengthened to your specific needs.
