Crochet Hat, Cascade 220 100% Peruvian Highland wool in an light natural color. Hat has tripled ribs swirling down from the crown and a puff stitch in the bands of hdc. There is a brim all the way around.

You will need to use the same yarn, or equal to acheive the same look as in the photo.

The ‘Art of Decoration’ actually spans from the end of Art Nouveau to just at the ‘Atomic’ age. Today we call the end period of Deco ‘Streamlined’ design. Throughout, though, movement was the important denominator. At the beginning, florals were incorporated, at the end florals had been replaced with geometrics. One of my favorite periods in design history.
