Creating and knitting the Deer and Rose mittens was great fun!
Norwegian motifs using stranded knitting/colorwork is part of my heritage, and the time before Christmas I am drawn towards traditional knitting.
I love using them for winter accesoires and Christmas-presents.
In this case I worked two different pairs of mittens using the same rose-border for both mittens. The rose-pattern covers the back of the hand of one of the pairs, whereas a reindeer adorns the other pair.
The mittens are one-size. You might modify sizing by gauge:

At 30 sts = 4” circumference will be 18cm/7”
At 28 sts = 4” circumference will be 20cm/7.8”
At 26 sts = 4” circumference will be 21.5cm/8.5”

For perfect fit take personal measurements and work to correct gauge accordingly.

I give you instructions and clear and easy-to-follow charts for both the reindeer-mittens as well as the rose-mittens.
