Cast on 3 stitches, knit an entire shawl and cast off only 15 stitches?! It must be witchcraft.

This is a simple small shawl, written to use a full 100g skein of self striping sock yarn. The body is knit top down, and the ruffle edge is added using short rows. Gauge is important so you don’t run out of yarn. The edge takes 60% of the yarn.
