This is a hard working dishcloth, perfect for a beginner. It only uses the single crochet stitch, so it is perfect for practice as you get started. For extra scrubbing power, try the variation using crochet thread at the bottom of the pattern.

Gauge is not critical for this pattern, but it is written to be approximately 9” square when finished. It is easily adjusted to your preferred size.
