I think of these fingerless mitts as “Diamonds for the Working Girl.” They will keep your hands warm as you work outdoors or in a chilly indoor area. And while you are working you have diamonds on your hands with this simple and elegant pattern.

In February 2016, this pattern was revised. The major difference in the mitts is a simpler, stockinette thumb.

These mitts are worked in the round, with a twisted stitch pattern on the back of the hand. The palm is worked in stockinette stitch. The cuff is extra long.
