 US7 (4.5mm) 16” circulars and US8 (5mm) 16” circulars 
2 colors of Worsted weight yarn, 200-226 yards Color A (ribbing) and 115 yards Color B (body design) - sample uses Sweet Pea & Sparrow Superwash Worsted in colors Storm Front and Warty Pumpkin 
 Darning needle, Scissors 
 Stitch marker

GAUGE 
4”x4” - US8 (5mm) 20 stitches by 24 rows in Stockinette. 
Colorwork gauge on US8 (5mm) 11 stitches by 11 rows is 
2”x 2”.
FIT 
The overall measurements of the half cowl: 11” wide and 14” tall when gently blocked. 
The overall measurements of the full cowl: 11” wide and 18” tall when gently blocked.
DIFFICULTY 
This pattern is best suited for Knowledgable Knitters. Working in the round is required as well as being comfortable with color work.
