The Diwali beanie is a two yarn stranded colorwork design which is inspired by mehndi (henna) body art utilized to adorn the skin for ceremony and celebration in many cultures. The knit-up is very simple with quick row repeats which are easy to memorize as you work and requires little time to complete. Includes both charted and written out instructions in English for those who may prefer one over the other.

Yarn requirements:
A: 117 Yards (Nickel)
B: 62 Yards (Eggplant)
While I used alpaca as my choice of yarn, any sport weight yarn you can obtain gauge with should suffice.
