A modification of the original DK Last Lap Socks to make the motif more clear and add an optional third colour.

These are worked cuff down following written instructions with accompanying charts. This pattern uses a heel flap and gusset and a modified wedge toe.

Sizes: 1=40sts, 2=48sts, 3=56sts, 4=64sts
This equates to a foot/ankle measurement of 6.75 (8) 9.25 (10.75) inches/ 17 (20.25) 23.75 (27) centimetres. I recommend picking a size that is roughly 1 inch/ 3cm smaller than your own measurements.

Yarn:
These socks require 3 colours of DK yarn. You’re invited to play around with the yarn choice to create your own unique socks.

Approx 150g/450m total (50g/150m of each colour)
Note: Adjustments to length of leg or foot will vary the quantity of contrast colours needed.

Needle: 3mm & 3.25mm (or needles that obtain gauge)

Gauge: 24 sts x 28 rows in 4 inches on 3.25mm needles in Chart 1 after blocking
