This is a cute and geeky little Dice or Money bag, keeping your tabletop, character or fun items themed.

This contains 2 patterns, for the Dragons Egg bag - with an egg shaped bottom, and the Dragons Cup, which has a flat bottom.

Worked in Dragonscale (Crocodile) stitch, it’s so fun and effective.
The pattern is written and tested to be as easy to follow as possible. But if you have any problems with it, please do let me know. This stitch pattern can be tricky while you get used to it.

The bag can be scaled up or down by changing the starting ch as per the instructions. Or by using thicker yarn and an appropriate hook size to the yarn.

I used Aldi DK and a 4mm hook, however my lovely testers have used DK of all kinds.

Each bag takes about 35g of yarn, and suits most colour choices - sparkly yarn works so well because the shape of the scales means it catches the light nicely.
