I steam iron as I go after every few rounds, so I can make sure it is expanding correctly. I have made and written this pattern for a size Medium. Adjustments can easily be made, based on your personal measurements. I am 5’ 4”, 130 lbs: Bust 36”, Waist 31”, Hips 38”. I tried the portions of the dress on as I went to find the correct places to decrease, increase, divide for arms, and my perfect length.
