DUAL_LOOP_BEANIE is a classic beanie in double rib stitch with a broad, folded brim in single rib stitch.

The beanie is worked bottom up. First, stitches are cast on using tubular cast on followed by double knitting to ensure a neat edge on the brim. Then, the brim is worked in the round in rib stitch, followed by double rib stitch. Finally, the top of the beanie is shaped using decreases.
