Skills required: SSK, K2TOG, M1 and Crochet.
Yarn : Hometown USA yarn (or super bulky yarn)- Pittsburgh Yellow, Oakland Black and Fort Worth Blue (1 ball each)
Vannas Choice or similar yarn for eyes – 1 skein grey yarn – you really don’t use much!
Supplies:
Knitting Needles : #15 16” circular needle, #15 DPN (for adult hat); #13 16” circular needle and #13 DPN (for child hat)
Crochet Hooks: H and N
Stitch Markers, measuring tape, wiggle eyes, black pipe cleaners, glue (I use E6000 and have not had any problems) and felt – red, black and white.* pink if doing a girl hat for fancy lips and cute bows for girls
