SKILL LEVEL
Easy - Level 2: this pattern is worked in single crochet, with some increasing and decreasing and simple color changes.

DIMENSIONS
Each chick/egg is about 6.5 inches tall and about 4.75 inches wide. As written, the finished garland is about 70 inches long.

MATERIALS
You will need a size G (4.25mm) crochet hook for this project. For each chick, you will need about 30-40 yards of worsted weight yarn (4) in white and about 20 yards in yellow. For the whole garland, I used less than one skein of each color. You will also need a small amount of orange yarn for the beaks, black crochet thread for the eyes, and a small amount of Polyfill or other stuffing material. If you would like to string your chicks on a garland, you will need additional yarn, string, or twine.
