Errata: The following increase row should be worked directly after after the ribbing using the smaller needle:

()k15, knit in front and back of next stitch. Repeat from () to end of round. 6 increases made -102 stitches total

With the increase row, you now have 34 stitches per chart repeat which will make it turn out perfectly.
