This toy is constructed using DK weight yarn and size 3 needles (3.25mm). It is done in 7 separate pieces and then stuffed and sewed together. This project is a great way to use up scrap yarn. I used DK weight Isaac Mizrahi Colorways Merino Blend in Ice Blue, Jean, Hooray, Ivory, Graphite and Silver and Cascade 220 Superwash in Green Apple for this pattern. Because it is a toy you can use any weight yarn you wish, however it will vary the size of the finished toy.
