Ebba Sweater
Ebba Sweater is a beautiful raglan sweater knitted top-down in the soft Handdyed Alpaca Puff. The sweater has a slightly deep raglan, a lovely high roll neck, and extra length at the back.
The sweater begins at the neckline, where you first knit back and forth with increases to shape the neck, while also working raglan increases. Once the neckline is shaped, the work is joined and you now knit in the round in stockinette stitch with raglan increases until the bottom of the armhole, where the work is divided into body and sleeves. The body is knitted straight down in stockinette stitch with a few increases on each side for a slight A-shape. Before the rib edge, short rows are worked to create extra length at the back, and finally a wide rib edge is knitted. The sleeves are knitted in stockinette stitch with decreases on the underside. The sleeve is also finished with a wide rib edge. Finally, a high roll neck is knitted at the neckline.
