The Éclat Hat Knitting Pattern is for a Cable Hat with Double Brim in a Twisted Rib Stitch. The cable is one of the more unusual ones with a brim that adds interest. Far from plain, it is an interesting and original knit. There are written instructions and a chart for the cable section, plus photo-illustrated guides to the provisional cast on and double brim techniques used in the pattern. The pattern has instructions for four sizes: a child (5+ yrs), a teen (small), an adult (medium) and an adult (large). It is designed to be knit in the round.
