The Elderflower Top is a lightweight sleeveless top featuring a pointelle-inspired lace motif framed by twisted rib panels. Worked seamlessly from the top down, the back is worked flat first before stitches are picked up to shape the shoulders and front neckline. The front and back are then joined and worked in the round to the hem. The neckline is finished with a few rounds of stockinette and an i-cord bind-off, while the armholes can be left unfinished or completed using one of the optional finishing methods included in the pattern.

Designed with approximately 6 cm of negative ease for a fitted silhouette, the Elderflower Top includes optional bust shaping and optional waist shaping for a more customised fit.
