Elisenberg balaclava Light is knitted top down in stockinette stitch. The balaclava has a slightly loose fit and is not tight around the neck. First, the top is knitted with increases. Then stitches are cast off for the face opening, and the hat is worked back and forth on the needle before gathering again in the round. The balaclava ends in a front and back piece. Finally, a rib is knitted around the face opening.
