Elisenberg bonnet
Elisenberg bonnet is knitted from the back of the head and to the front in stockinette stitch. First, the back of the head is knitted in the round with increases. Further, the bonnet is knitted back and forth on the needle, while at the same time knitting the i-cord edge. The bonnet is finished off with a rib and i-cord strings. The pattern includes all three tensions below.

Head circumference: 34-36 (38-40) 40-42 (42-44) 46-48 (48-50) cm
Technique: Stockinette stitch
Tension: 21 stitches stockinette stitch = 10 cm
Needle size: 3,5-4,0 mm / 40 cm circular needle and dpn
Amount of yarn: Ca 70 (80) 90 (100) 110 (110) meter
Yarn suggestion: Duo / Sandnes
Tension: 24 stitches stockinette stitch = 10 cm
Needle size: 3,0-3,5 mm / 40 cm circular needle and dpn
Amount of yarn: 80 (80) 100 (100) 120 (120) meter
Yarn suggestion: Como / Lamana
Tension: 27 stitches stockinette stitch = 10 cm
Needle size: 3,0 mm / 40 cm circular needle and dpn
Amount of yarn: 100 (120) 120 (140) 140 (160) meter
Yarn suggestion: Sunday / Sandnes
