Level: Advanced Beginner

This hat (and the matching cowl) are named after the character Elphaba Thropp from Wicked.

It’s a fun project and it takes only one skein,
This four-round repeat pattern creates an elegant diagonal texture.

I released this pattern in 2020 but I added instructions for other yarn weights in 2023.

The pattern now includes instructions for Super Bulky (Rasta), Light Super Bulky (Noventa), Bulky (Chunky), Light Bulky (Mecha), and Worsted (Rios).
