Emery is a crescent shaped shawl knitted top down. The border is knitted afterwards and attached to the body stitch by stitch cross-wide.

There are three variations you can knit this shawl in: with beads on the border, with nupps on the border, or without anything (just plain lace border).

If you want to knit a beaded version, you will need 90 beads (or pearls) for this shawl.
