This crochet cover/sleeve/case is perfect if you want a nice and modern way to protect your tablet from bumps and scratches.

The cover is designed for 10 inch tablets. The “model” used was a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet with the following dimensions: 26.2 x 18 x 0.9 cm (10.31 x 7.09 x 0.35 in). Although the cover doesn’t stretch as much, you can use it for tablets that are close in size. If your tablet is much different in size, it is wise to change the hook size or alter the pattern to fit more / fewer rows and stitches.

The pattern uses tapestry crochet technique and is suited for intermediate crocheters. It is worked in one piece without any sewing involved. At the sides, the pattern is seamless and continuous.
For this pattern I used exactly 2 skeins of cotton 8 yarn: one yellow and one black. Feel free to change the yarn brand/colors with your favorite ones, as long as you meet the gauge of the pattern.
