This adult sized hat pattern uses fingering weight yarn held double (a single skein pulled from both ends will do!) or you can substitute DK weight yarn.

Materials:


Yarn: approx 80 grams (350 yards) of fingering weight held
double or DK weight yarn. Sample knit in yARNaBLE Sugarplum.

Needles:
US 6 (4mm) 16” (41 cm) circular needles OR long circular needles for magic loop OR set of 5 DPNs

AND

US 7 (4.5 mm) 16” (41 cm) circular needles OR long circular needles for magic loop OR set of 5 DPNs

3 stitch markers: 1 for bor and 2 for pattern design

Gauge: 20 sts per 4 inches (10 cm) unstretched, in reverse stockinette
