The Twisted hat pattern uses simple 2x2 twisted rib which produces a highly elastic hat. One size fits most head circumferences 18+ but will be more or less slouchy on a child verses adult, respectfully. In the product photos, you will see the same hat on a child, adult woman, and adult male.

Materials:
Yarn: approximately 60 grams of fingering weight yarn held double
Needles: US7 (4.5mm) 16” (41 cm) circular needles OR long circular needles for magic loop OR set of 5 DPNs
beginning of round marker
tapestry needle

Gauge: 24-25 sts per 4 inches, unstretched in pattern

Finished Flat Measurements, unstretched: 8” (20 cm) wide at brim and 8.5” (21.5 cm) tall
