✨ The knit look, no needles required

The Enchanted Magical Stitches Hat gives you the look of knitting with nothing but a crochet hook. It’s worked with split single crochet for a cozy, knit-look fabric in six sizes, from newborn to large adult.

This pattern started in the Magical Stitches Holiday Edition course and is now available on its own. The course teaches four knit-look stitches with videos, charts and patterns.

✨ What makes it work

• Split single crochet. The secret to the knit look.
• Six sizes. Newborn to Large Adult.
• Written instructions and charts. Follow whichever you prefer.
• You’re not on your own. Video tutorial and written pattern included.

✂️ What you’ll need

• Yarn: Swish Worsted, WeCrochet (100% superwash merino, 110 yds/50 g), or to match gauge, Mellowspun DK, Mary Maxim (100% acrylic, 284 yds/100 g)
• Yardage: Newborn 105 yds (1 skein), Baby 150 yds (2 skeins), Toddler 175 yds (2 skeins), Child/Small Adult 200 yds (2 skeins), Adult 250 yds (3 skeins), Large Adult 275 yds (3 skeins)
• Hook: H (5.0mm) and G (4.0mm), or size to meet gauge
• Tools: Removable Stitch Markers (if needed) · Yarn Needle · Scissors
• To finish like the sample: Fiberfill

• Newborn (Baby, Toddler, Child, Adult, Large Adult)
• Fits head circumference: 13 to 14 (16 to 17, 18 to 19, 20 to 21, 22 to 23, 24 to 25)“
