I designed this hat for my baby girl. It’s a straight-forward hat with a beautiful, but simple, colorwork pattern. If you’re looking to make this hat for an older child, simply use bigger needles to achieve a larger gauge.

I used just over 50 g (1 ball) of Swish worsted by Knitpicks in the main color, and some leftover yarn for the contrast color (less than 50 g), but any worsted weight yarn will do just fine.
