Jacket for 18” doll, such as American Girl, Gotz, Madame Alexander, Tonner My Imagination, worked starting at the neck and worked down, with raglan sleeves and garter stitch borders. Sleeves may be worked flat or in-the-round; instructions are given for both. Length of jacket body and sleeves may be adjusted as needed. Less than half a 50 g skein of sock yarn is needed. Three buttons needed if knit as written, or more if jacket is lengthened. By starting at the neck and working down, adjustments may be made to the size before dividing for sleeves.
Sample worked in Stroll Brights “Pucker” with lime green 3/8” buttons.
