Yarns and yardage used:

Color A: Berroco Vintage DK, 52% acrylic/40% wool/8% nylon, 100 g = 290 yards/266 meters, in Black Current

Color B: Hedgehog Fibres Merino DK, 100% springy twist merino wool, 115 g = 218 yards/200 meters, in Cereal

Or:
Color A: approx 75-87 yards/69-80 meters of DK yarn
Color B: approx 35-41 yards/32-37 meters of DK yarn

Needles:

US size 4/3.5 mm 32”/81 cm circular for magic loop or DPN’s
US size 6/4 mm 32”/81 cm circular for magic loop, or DPN’s

Gauge:

23 sts and 31 rnds equals 4”/10 cm square in reverse stockinette stitch on larger needle in the round after blocking.

Finished measurements:
Please note that this hat was designed to be fitted with a slightly snug fit.

Smaller size is approx 17 1/2”/44 1/2 cm around and 8 1/4”/21 cm high, unstretched, fitting up to a 22”/56 cm head

Larger size is approx 19”/48 1/4 cm around and 9”/23 cm high, unstretched, fitting up to a 24”/61 cm head
