This dress, panties and hat will fit a 2 inch porcelain dollshouse baby doll. The dress has been designed with a back opening so that it can be removed from the doll.

The front and back are made separately then sewn together at the shoulder. The puff sleeve stitches are picked up around the armhole and worked downwards. The neck, hem edging and back opening edges added afterwards.

The basic panties and hat are both made in one piece with the eyelet edging stitches picked up.

This is a very simple outfit which would suit a beginner to miniature knitting. It is also a great base outfit that is just crying out for embellishment.
