After knitting ‘full size’ for many years, I discovered the joy (and pain) of miniature knitting for the 1/12 scale baby dolls that go in dolls houses.

The baby clothes that I make can be as small as 1.5” or 3.5cm long, made from fine cotton and silk with knitting needles that are just 1mm thick so the stitch details are clear and as close to scale as possible.

Since 1993 until recently I have been designing these tiny clothes and selling them (and the patterns to make them) through my website and at fairs in the UK. I have now stopped attending fairs so my patterns are now only available directly from me through my website and now on Ravelry.

I have decided to start selling my patterns on Ravelry.

To start with, each pattern will just be an A4 sheet with a simple photo of the finished item but I am hoping to update each when time permits to include more photos and tips at which point the price will increase.

I have been asked about giving permission to sell the items made from my patterns.
Obviously the patterns themselves cannot be copied or duplicated in any way but I do allow you to make, give away or sell any items as long as I am given credit as the designer. Price Increase
Due to changing EU regulations coming into force in January 2015, I will need to increase the selling price of my patterns to £3.50 (GBP). I am sorry about having to do this so now might be a good time to buy.
