This is a deceptively simple double sided cowl design. Perfect for dipping your toe into the world of double knitting!

The cowl is double sided with a repeating eye motif, which can be knit untwisted or with a single twist to show off both sides of the cowl when worn. The motif’s short repeat can easily be adapted to any size to make it as tall or as short as desired (note that the longer the cowl, the more yardage is required.)

The untwisted version (yellow and brown) is 12” tall,
and twisted version (black and gray) is 10” tall.

Yarn: 2 colors of fingering weight yarn, approximately 185 yards each.
Needles: #4 circular 16”
Guage: 42 stitches of double knitting stockinette
Notions: Scissors, Tapestry needle, and Stitch marker.
