This pattern has been professionally tech edited and test knit to reduce the potential for error.
CONSTRUCTION
This scarf starts with a provisional cast-on for I-cord. Stitches are picked up from I-cord and then scarf is knit flat tip to tip with steady increases and decreases and integrated I-cord edges, followed by I-cord bind-off. A tiny 3 stitch graft completes the scarf. Line by line grafting instructions are INCLUDED.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Provisional Cast-On
- Increase and decrease stitches - M1R, M1SP, SSK
- Cable stitches - 2/1 RC, 2/2 LC, 2/2 R/C
- Knit and purl stitches
- Slipped stitches
- I-cord
- Kitchener graft

YARN NOTES
Avoid highly variegated yarn as it will obscure the cable stitch pattern.
