This pattern can be found in issue one of Nomadic Knits, which is available to purchase in print through our website, select local yarn shops, or as a digital download through Ravelry (click the e-book link above).

Fair Winds and Following Seas is knit top-down, flat, in one piece, with no seaming or picking up stitches (other than a few at each underarm). It has contiguous shoulders for a perfect fit, and then the sweater becomes very flowy and drapey. Malabrigo Yarn’s Silkpaca is lightweight and airy, a perfect combination for the transition from warm days to cool evenings.

Sizes: XS (S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL).

Finished Measurements: To fit bust: 28 (32, 36, 40, 44, 48, 52)”/ 71 (81, 91.5, 101.5, 111.5, 122, 132)cm
Intended to be worn open and drapey; size based on finished back measurement x 2.
