The Faith, Trust, and Pixie Dust Mitts are easy, quick mitts which make for a perfect gift. They were designed for you to make with that special skein of self-striping yarn that you just don’t want to use on socks!

The name is a play off of J.M. Barrie’s timeless classic “Peter Pan” and the mitts feature a single panel of two slightly-modified-texture star stitches, running up the right side of each glove. Or, “a second star to the right,” if you will.

Materials needed:

The pattern is written for 200 yards/50 grams or 400 yards/100 grams depending on how long you wish to make then. They use a size 2 US / 2.75 mm knitting needle

• One or two stitch markers and/or a progress keeper for marking your front side
• a darning needle for weaving in ends
